Fallen Angels
This shows the full length of the windows plus a detail below of two of the panels. The design was to run down both sides of the church. Sadly for me, they wanted a far more traditional approach. 
At the same time I was working on the window ideas, I was given some old family photographs, including several of my Great Grandparents. These were accompanied by a sad and poignant story relating to my Great Grandmother. The inspiration drawn from this, mixed with the rejected window designs, resulted in the three images below: Fallen Angel 1, 2 and 3
